Ипотечный кредит, обычно предоставляемый банком или кредитной ассоциацией. Такой кредит выдается под залог недвижимости, а не под гарантию государственного агентства. Для него характерны фиксированная процентная ставка и регулярные фиксированные платежи, производимые до полного погашения.
